Job Description

We are looking for a cs/sales representative who is cheerful, organized, team player, detail oriented, multi-tasking, self starter who has strong communication / listening skills and who is eager to learn many facets of our ever changing business.

Main Duties

-Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate people within company

-Process orders by phone/ web / walk ins

-Process payments for customer orders

-Filing and clerical paper work

-Issue and request quotes and follow up with customers and vendors

-Update and manage our reporting, crm, and erp software systems

-Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Looking for

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus
  • Track record of longer work history at previous jobs
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively


    • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers
